DEFINE YOU!

Virginia Gay Hospital offers an array of behavioral and mental health services for patients as young as 5 years old.

We are able to diagnose and treat many conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance abuse, eating disorders and more.

VGH offers individual psychotherapy services, also known as talk therapy or counseling. This is where patients speak with a mental health provider, discuss coping skills to improve responses, learn to manage stress in their day-to-day life and more.

VGH also offers medication management, a form of therapy that ensures patients receive the proper medication for their needs. Effective medication management includes reviewing medications, continual monitoring, short and long-term plans and education.
