Virginia Gay Nursing and Rehab, LLC receives deficiency free designation

It is with great pleasure to announce Virginia Gay Nursing and Rehab, LLC has achieved compliance ratings for Medicaid and Medicare through the Health Inspection division of Iowa Department of Inspections, the state organization conducting compliance inspections for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

We owe a debt of gratitude to the resident’s friends and families, the Virginia Gay Board of Directors, and the Virginia Gay Foundation Board for supporting our mission to improve the health of those we serve with a commitment to excellence in all that we do.”
